The room was modern and spotlessly clean. Unfortunately, noise from the nearby club disturbed my sleep at night.

Location was good. Wireless internet worked reasonably well.
Cleanliness leaved a lot to be desired in both the room and bathroom.

The fact that Sant Gervasi tube station was some 15 minutes away was a plus...

clean shared bathrooms, tidy common areas, good location
The single room lacks natural light and is quite small!!! The noise from nearby clubs and other guests is quite distracting!!! Improvements in sound insulation would make a significant difference!!!

Hostel was dirty and needed some repairs. It is run by one guy who seems to have problems with taking care of all necessary things. Beware of rooms with no window and no fresh air (no AC in the room too)

Easy check-in, parking nearby. Reasonably sized unit with a nice decor. Incredible breakfast except for cakes. Particularly GOOD setting and bars and restaurants close to the hotel.

A quiet retreat in Barcelona
The location is perfect, just a stroll away from iconic sites like Sagrada Familia. Breakfast was very good with good options, and the terrace provided a serene escape amidst city noise.

The location was good. very Central.many restaurants and clubs around.also metro station was quite close so we could move around easily. It felt safe to stay there as the downstairs door was locked and there was a guard downstairs for most of the time. The guy working there was speaking english very well so no problem to communicate.the rooms were very warm and clean so no problem with that.
When we arrived it took some time to find the hostel as from outside its hard to notice there is a hostel. . In the room there was only one blanket (we were 3 people)so we had to call various numbers to ask us to provide it (most of the time there is no one to be found in hostel to ask advise or even check in or..). we got the blankets eventually in the late evening. Also toilet paper we had to search ourselves...the TV is there but is not working so i guess its not fair to mention it in the description. we met some people that arrived at 23.00 and they couldn't check in or reach the guy working there over the phone so they were just choosing themselves one room to stay...(im not sure if/when hey eventually managed to check in and everythin

It is not expensive and not far from the center of the city
It is very diffucult to find, even if you are in 5 metres from the entrance. There is any signboard. Also in my room there where neither windows leading to open air nor air conditioning. For this reason even in september it was too hot and less of air

The staff were kind and helpful, always ready to assist with local recommendations. My room was super clean, and I appreciated the complimentary water and slippers provided. The location was perfect, central yet quiet, and the breakfast included simple but tasty options.

Its in a great neighborhood with some fun bars around.
It is a bit of a walk from the center of town, maybe 20 minutes or so. The hotel is clean, but feels depressing. Its a lot of money for a gray dismal room.

Though all in all it was one of the worst experiences, I liked that they have microwaves and an open terrace
Frankly, it's one of the shittiest hotels ever. No, there are no bugs and most areas of it are really clean, but also there's no water in some bathrooms (we had no water the first night, while the receptionist just disappeared), there're no windows in some rooms (there were really no windows in the room where we were replaced from the one with no water. no windows! it felt like a crypt!) and there are no people at the reception. You should believe the bad things written here about Tuset (I didn't - I thought there were just too capricious guests... so I got all that "service"), and you should never come to Tuset if you want a separate room with a shower. Though the dormitory rooms seemed to be ok.

Nothing was clean, cockroaches in the bathroom, dirty floor ,dirty bad, dirty rooms, the room was never cleaned even if I asked several times. When i told to the host about the cockroaches he was telling it is normal. My room was with a window going inside the hostel and on the rabbish. the common terrace was very dirty, the rooms were not restructured, there is no air conditionated and it was very hot. On the webpage it is showed as Hotel and in reality it is a Hostel. The standard of the place it is very low and not European.
